With any online ticket, you are guaranteed entry to Asia Spa, but loungers are not reserved. Early
arrival (between 9:00 and 11:00 AM) is recommended.

Online tickets are non-refundable and valid only on the chosen date.

Adults: Age 16 and above

Children: Ages 6–15 (children aged 0–5 are free with a regular admission ticket)

Discounted: Pupils and apprentices up to age 19, Students up to age 26 (with valid ID), Persons with
disabilities (from 50%, with ID), Seniors aged 60+ and pensioners (with valid ID), Persons in military or
civil service (with valid ID)

Family: 2 adults + all their own children*
*Children aged 6–15; children aged 0–5 enter free with a regular admission

If online tickets are sold out, this does not necessarily mean that we are fully booked on-site. We
only offer a limited number of tickets online. If you arrive early from 9:00 AM, additional tickets may
still be available at the entrance. However, we recommend checking current availability online or by
phone in advance.

In the event of a price increase, the difference must be paid on-site.
